Since 1978, Andria's has been delighting food lovers with their versatile sauces and deep commitment to the St. Louis region. The family-owned local brand, manufactured and distributed in O'Fallon, IL, has morphed into a pantry staple. In the '70s, Sam Andria drew from his passion of studying international cookbooks to distinctively create the award-winning Andria's Brush-On Steak Sauce. In the mid to late '80s and into the '90s, Andria's House Salad dressing was created to give each salad served in the family's restaurant a zesty flavor to the traditional everyday house salad. In April 2022, Andria's House Salad Dressing was reintroduced to retail doors throughout the region. In the fall of 2022, Andria's Barbecue Sauce was born out of a father-son cooking event hosted at Andria's Steakhouse. What started as a competition for select monthly specials quickly sparked customer demands to have more of the barbecue sauce that was served on the shrimp appetizer. Larry Kenison (son-in-law to Sam and owner of Andria's) stumbled into the creation of the multi-use sauce by doing what he loves – cooking with his son.
